Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate company cars and drivers
• Schedule vehicle movements and driver assignments
• Ensure all vehicle and driver documents are valid and up to date
• Maintain records for registrations, insurance, permits, and licenses
• Monitor vehicle usage and coordinate maintenance when required
• Prepare and organize logistics-related documentation

Requirements

• Previous experience in logistics or fleet coordination
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to handle documents accurately and efficiently
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
