The Transportation Control Tower Specialist oversees and coordinates the movement of shipments from pickup to delivery. The role ensures real‑time visibility, timely communication, smooth carrier coordination, and fast resolution of any transport‑related issues. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced logistics environment.

• Initiate transportation workflows once shipments are document‑ready.
• Coordinate routing, booking, dispatching, and carrier assignment.
• Ensure carriers follow required procedures, instructions, and service standards.

• Track shipments through Control Tower or TMS platforms.
• Update shipment milestones accurately and promptly.
• Monitor border crossings, port movements, and inland transport activities.

• Respond quickly to delays, exceptions, or operational disruptions.
