About the Job
The Transportation Manager is responsible for leading and supporting a team of 15–20 drivers and helpers within the residential line of business. This role focuses on onboarding, developing, coaching, mentoring, and managing the performance of frontline employees to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service operations.
This leader plays a highly visible, hands-on role, spending the majority of the workday in the field alongside employees to provide real-time guidance, support, and performance feedback. Building and maintaining positive working relationships with frontline staff is critical to success in this position.
Position is a Monday - Friday with a start time of 3:00am with occasional Saturdays based on business needs.
