Zurich Cover-More is seeking an experienced Team Leader for their Kuala Lumpur operations. You will lead and coach a team of Travel Assistance Coordinators, ensuring effective communication and adherence to company standards.

The ideal candidate has a background in travel assistance or customer service with strong leadership qualities, as well as the ability to handle escalations and complex customer issues effectively. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
