Key Responsibilities: Assist customers in booking tickets for national and international rail journeys Provide friendly advice, and upsell or cross-sell relevant travel products Handle customer requests and forward them to the appropriate department if needed Keep the travel centre updated with offers, promotions, and relevant information Salary: Approx 4000000 LPA Requirements Completed vocational training or secondary school diploma Confident computer skills. Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude. Calm under pressure, punctual, and flexible for shift work (including weekends & holidays). Driving license (B category) is an advantage.
