- Performs procedures in a variety of specialties requiring knowledge and skills.
- Demonstrates a higher level of collaboration with peers in making decisions related to surgical patient care.
- Job Requirements
- Two years of full-time equivalent experience as a Surgical Technologist.
- High School/GED and one of the following: Completion of a Surgical Technologist Program, Completion of a Military Training Program as an Operating Room Specialist, Completion of a Froedtert Health sponsored Apprentice II Program, or Ten or more years of experience as a Surgical Tech.
