Job Details
• Outpatient setting with a focus on hand and upper extremity therapy,
• Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM),
• 26-week contract,
• May be required to float to other affiliated facilities including Mission Bay, Mount Zion, or Bayfront locations,
Job Requirements
• Current, active California OT license required if applicable,
• CHT (Certified Hand Therapist) certification required,
• AOTA Hand/Upper Extremity certification required,
• Current AHA BLS certification required,
• Master's degree (MS or MA) required,
• Minimum 3 years of OT experience required,
