Job Description
Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is looking for a **Travel** **Physical Therapist** for our client in **Morgan City, LA.**
**Type:** 3-month+ contract, with potential for extension
**Pay:** $57 to $59/hr
**Location:** Parts of Jeanerette (furthest west) back East covering all areas in between (including Charenton, Baldwin, Franklin, Centerville, Ricohoc, Patterson, Berwick and Morgan City, Stephensville) up to Pierre Part and then Amelia, Bayou Lourse and part of Gibson. Mileage will be reimbursed between first patient to last patient.
**Schedule:** M-F: 8am-4:30pm
**Responsibilities of the Travel Physical Therapist:**
· Serving as a contract Home Health PT, performing evals. and treating accordingly.
· Setting up Plans of Care and completing OASIS
**Requirements for the Travel Physical Therapist:**
· LA PT license
