Position Purpose

As a Homecare RN, you will deliver primary nursing care as ordered by the physician, develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the Population Health Case Manager, and ensure exceptional patient outcomes and satisfaction.

This position offers a competitive hourly rate with an additional premium for flexibility. Flex nurses may also be eligible for assignment completion bonuses when meeting productivity and attendance criteria, with increased bonus opportunities during peak months.
