+ Prepare the team to execute using defined planning processes.
+ Ensure project execution goals are met for their portion of work.

Essential Skills
+ Concrete construction expertise.
+ Experience in commercial construction.
+ 4+ years of experience with self-performing General Contractor or Concrete Contractor.
+ Self-perform concrete experience required.
+ Commercial and/or industrial project experience.
