Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for retail build-outs, and remodels.
• Serve as the primary point of contact on-site for subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs.
• Enforce safety protocols, company policies, and project specifications.
• Coordinate scheduling and sequencing of work to meet aggressive project deadlines.
• Perform quality control checks and ensure work meets plans, specs, and client expectations.
