Job Description

Traveling HR Generalists - Data Centers 

Ultimate LLC is urgently seeking to hire Traveling HR Generalists for full-time work in Ellendale, North Dakota. The pay range for this position is $38-$40 per hour. The majority of our position hours range from 65-75 hours a week. We will welcome candidates open to relocation. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all craftsmen with no week in the hole. 
Ultimate LLC HR Generalists Responsibilities
Facilitate open communication channels with employees and management team by answering related questions, explaining benefits, policies and procedures and escalating issues/questions to the Leadership team 
Manage employee engagement and conflict resolution 
Process various paperwork or online requests 
Validate adherence to current employee policies and update as necessary
