Job Description
STEEL SUPERINTENDENT:The Superintendent is the Company's representative assigned the responsibility and authority for daily coordination and direction of the project so that it is safe, within budget, on schedule, to the Company's quality standards, and to the customer's satisfaction. To accomplish this, he/she must conceptualize a plan of how to construct the project that meets the client’s goals and must ensure that the daily and weekly activities are consistent with this plan.
The Superintendent will assist in developing the temporary bracing and erection plans along with developing lift/pick plans and equipment selection. The Superintendent will work with the Project Manager to ensure plans and equipment are within the project budget.
