Treasury Analyst I – Trades & Governance (12 months contract) (Global Business Services)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – local candidates only.

Main Responsibilities

• Champion and own account administrations, banking powers, treasury related board resolutions.
• Maintain liaison with banks, company secretaries, office administrators, and other stakeholders.
• Serve as bank system administrator and uphold integrity of access rights and groupings.
• Perform periodic screening and implement required changes ensuring controls and evidence are in place.
• Act as process owner of all legal documents and maintain the database.
• Act as point of contact for centralized reporting and trade finance support.
• Attend and take ownership of assigned banking projects and other tasks assigned by supervisor.
