Job Description
This role is part of a business separation where the Borates business is moving away from Rio Tinto and becoming a standalone company. The Treasury Manager will help transition existing treasury activities and build the treasury function for the new organization.
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong corporate treasury experience across cash management, liquidity forecasting, banking relationships, and treasury operations .
- Experience managing multiple entities, global cash flows, and FX exposure .
- Someone comfortable working independently and building/improving processes.
- Experience with treasury controls, audits, reporting, and process automation.
- Ability to work with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal, and banking partners.
