EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred. Must have five () years of progressive experience in treasury, financial planning, or cash management. Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills are essential, including experience with budgeting and variance analysis. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems such as Oracle, Hyperion, and Power BI is preferred. Must be well organized, self-directed, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional project teams. In lieu of a degree, experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.
