Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Triage Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care in the outpatient facilities. This position requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, physiology, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, particularly within the Gastroenterology field. Duties Deliver a high degree of cheerful, caring, and courteous customer centered care when engaging with patients every day. Always greeting patients in a pleasant and welcoming manner. Take and record patient vitals and required additional information while verifying correct patient with correct chart and physician, using two identifiers. Manage patients flow from the front desk to the exam room. Communicate with patients if the physician is late or behind schedule.
