Trial Associate (#1040) - Salt Lake City
Dorsey & Whitney LLP is seeking a Trial Associate with one to five years of experience to join our Salt Lake City office. The associate will have the opportunity to work in all phases of litigation, from pleading through trial and appeal. Cases will cover a wide range of industries. The position would involve significant responsibility over pending cases, in-court experience, and motion-drafting and meaningful roles in evidentiary hearings and trials. Specifically, the associate will handle the following types of tasks for complex litigation matters:
- research
- brief writing
- discovery
- oral advocacy
- depositions
- trial preparation

The following qualifications are required:
- A JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school;
- One to five years of trial experience;
- Utah bar admission or the ability to become admitted in Utah;
