Managing Director – Wealth Management Tribe Lead (Digital Platform & Experience)
Role Purpose
Barclays Wealth Management is scaling its platform to serve a broader client base, close the advice gap, and deliver a market‑leading digital wealth experience across advised and self‑directed journeys. The Wealth Management Tribe Lead (Managing Director) is responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of the Wealth platform and client journeys, bringing together Product, UI/UX, Customer Experience (CX), Data Science, and Digital Design to deliver intuitive, insight‑led outcomes for clients and colleagues at scale. This role translates business priorities into high‑quality platform execution, ensuring that innovation, client experience, and operational integrity are embedded across the Wealth proposition.
