Job Scope

• Support the Sales team in daily operations, including issuing Proforma Invoices (PI), purchase orders, sales contracts, and related documents.

• Follow up on sample development, order processing, and delivery schedules.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.

• Handle administrative tasks, maintain and update customer and sales data on Google Drive, including document filing and record management.

• Supportbusiness developmentactivities and participate in customer visits when required.

• Participate in training programs and continuously develop professional skills.
• Basic English or Madarin/ Cantonese communication skills
