National Account Manager – Premium Services & 3 PL (U.
Responsibilities- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities focused on cross-border freight and supply chain services
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams, including Sales, Customer Service, and Operations, both in the U.
- Spearhead the development and positioning of tailored cross-border service offerings within Premium Services and 3 PL
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders on both sides of the border through in-person, phone, and digital engagement
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales activity records within Salesforce.
- Bachelor's degree in international business, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent, related work experience
