As a Product Associate within our Trust Product and Platform Team, you will spend each day supporting strategic platform programs across business and technology. You will play a critical role in driving data quality, process improvements, and execution across initiatives that impact multiple lines of business and geographies.
Job responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and interpret data to determine efficient strategies for data conversion and remediation
Execute data entry and coordinate automated data uploads while resolving exceptions
Perform data quality reviews on large datasets to ensure accuracy and completeness
Create and maintain reports on address validation, return mail tracking, and ticket completion
Develop reporting and analytics to identify trends and root causes of data quality issues...
