- Enforce Trust & Safety policies and procedures consistently, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
- Manage and oversee user verification processes, ensuring the authenticity of hosts and guests while maintaining a seamless user experience.
- Monitor and analyze transactions on the platform to detect suspicious behavior, reduce risks, and prevent disputes before they arise.
