Job Description
Execution of HP, IP assembly shop plan – monthly. To measure and records LE & OE and TQM parameters and plan to achieve the parameters mainly hydro test, mandrel, clearance setting, Module measurements. To ensure no waiting time by availability of shop resources: tooling, fixtures, measurement instruments, machines To check the shop record sheets and check sheets filled by workmen To ensure effective implementation of IMS management systems To check the shop record sheets and check sheets filled by workmen and supervisor To ensure effective implementation of IMS management systems Doing project delay analysis: plan vs actual, finding reasons for delays using PDCA method. Doing brainstorming with Manufacturing and QC section for process improvement and control. Providing suggestions to design dept for design related improvements to reduce cycle time.
