Preparation and execution Turbine assembly shop plan – monthly.To monitor work progress by PDCA method and finalize the job handover dates to packing shopTo arrange skill-based manpower and necessary machine, positioners to achieve targeted LE & OE and TQM parameters and plan to achieve the parameters mainly hydro test, mandrel, clearance setting, Module measurements.To ensure no waiting time by availability of shop resources: tooling, fixtures, measurement instruments, machines To check the shop record sheets and check sheets filled by workmen and supervisorTo ensure effective implementation of IMS management systemsDoing project delay analysis: plan vs actual, finding reasons for delays using PDCA method.Doing brainstorming with Manufacturing and QC section for process improvement and control.Providing suggestions to design dept for design related improvements to reduce cycle time.Doing assembly of T...
