We are seeking a passionate and experienced Tutor/Kaiako to join our Hei Whanake team in either Tauranga or Katikati. This full‑time, permanent role offers the opportunity to support rangatahi into meaningful pathways through hands‑on learning in the primary industries.
Hei Whanake is a 20‑week programme designed for rangatahi who are not currently engaged in education or employment. The programme focuses on building confidence, work‑ready skills, and entry‑level knowledge in horticulture, with graduates achieving the New Zealand Certificate in Primary Industry Skills (Level 2) with strand in Self‑Management and Employability Skills .
