RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Ownership & Technical Leadership
Serve as the technical expert for Twin-Ax cable and cable assemblies, ensuring product quality, reliability, and mechanical integrity. Maintain and manage product documentation, specifications, test plans, and qualification records. Working with outside suppliers as well as internal documentation. Lead tolerance analysis, FEA, material evaluations, and failure analysis for cable and connector components. Identify and integrate new materials, manufacturing methods, and enabling technologies into product designs. Design, Development & Validation
Plan and execute Phase Gate/NPI activities including design, prototype builds, validation testing, and pilot production. Collaborate with the Signal Integrity team to optimize cable performance and reliability. Support fixture design, test development, and qualification...
