Napster offers lifelike AI agents that meet your customers wherever they are, collaborating with employees as coworkers. Agents operate on a website, inside an app, on a kiosk in a hospital lobby, or a quick‑service counter, and work next to people in the workplace.

We’re looking for an Account Manager based in the UAE to own and grow our presence across the region. This boots‑on‑the‑ground role demands face‑to‑face client engagement and the delivery of Napster’s AI‑powered platform to forward‑thinking organizations in the Middle East.

• Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts across the UAE and broader Gulf region, serving as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day relationships.
• Drive revenue growth through upsells, renewals, and expansion opportunities within your book of business.
