Overview of the role We are looking for a UAE National Receptionist with fluent English-speaking skills and some experience in customer service for the role.

This is a full-time permanent role located in Toyota Al Badia , Dubai Festival City .

What you will do

• Provide full support to all customers visiting the service center. Be the first point of contact to welcome and identify customers’ needs.
• Ensure customers are given the Worlds Warmest Welcome when entering the branch.
• Responsibly direct all customers with appointments to the correct executive, ensuring a smooth transition from entry to introduction to a sales executive and professional service.
• Ensure all customers receive a warm send off on exiting the branch, making the customer feel acknowledged and showing that we care.
