UAE Nationality Facility Maintenance Engineer - UHNWF

This role requires a highly skilled and professional individual responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of residential facilities, while delivering exceptional service and maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of the properties to identify maintenance needs and safety risks
• Manage and coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Oversee landscaping and outdoor areas maintenance
• Work collaboratively with household staff and contractors
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices
