Job Description

Make a difference in diabetes research as a Clinical Research Nurse in the Cumming School of Medicine at the University of Calgary. This part-time position emphasizes patient engagement and critical research support.
You will play a pivotal role in the Endocrinology unit, with about 21 hours of weekly work. Collaborating with the Principal Investigator and the research team, your focus will be on managing trial protocols and enhancing participant communication to drive successful study outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and manage execution timelines for trial protocols
• Facilitate participant recruitment efforts with the team
• Work with tech sponsors to ensure resource availability
• Execute study visits and manage data collection
• Document and report any adverse study events
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse certification in Alberta
• CITI certification in Good Clinical Practice required
