Job Summary
We are looking for a Solution Architect who understands that customer experience goes beyond front-end interfaces and involves identity, data, and personalization working together effectively. This role requires designing end-to-end digital ecosystems across Digital Identity, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Customer Mesh architectures, and MarTech stacks.

The candidate will work closely with product, engineering, data, and marketing teams to build scalable, secure, and real-time customer engagement systems.

Key Responsibilities

Architect end-to-end solutions integrating Digital Identity (CIAM, SSO, MFA, Identity Federation), CDPs, Customer Mesh/Data Mesh, and MarTech ecosystems

Design unified customer profiles by integrating data across multiple channels such as web, mobile, CRM, and third-party platforms
