Job Description
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Design: Responsible for the UI/UX design for global fintech product, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and design handoff.
- Complex Flow Simplification: Translate intricate regulatory/financial processes into transparent, user-friendly, and efficient transactional flows.
- User Research & Insights: Conduct user interviews and usability testing to identify pain points and iterate designs based on data-driven insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver high-quality features while advocating for the user’s perspective.
- AI-Enhanced Workflow: Actively leverage AI tools to accelerate design processes, from prototyping and copywriting to user testing synthesis.
