Must Haves:
8-9 years of overall experience with 5+ years of experience with UKG application, specifically workforce dimensions - creating approval processes, upload rules/policies/procedures, integrations, creating TS rules. Focus on timekeeping, approvals, absences, accrual processes. Ideal candidate will be extremely good with UKG and experience with integration Success Factors. About the role: Working on project build out of UKG foundations for new entity in Success Factors. Work with Success Factors to build modules/structure.
