Job Description
- Primary point of contact for individuals and groups planning the religious pilgrimage of Umrah.
- Provide expert guidance and assisting clients with every aspect of their journey, including visa processing, ticketing, travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and itinerary planning, ensuring a smooth and hassle‑free experience.
Experience, Education & Skills Required
- 1 year experience as an Umrah Consultant in a travel, tourism, or hospitality role.
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of Umrah and Hajj rules, policies, and travel regulations.
- Hands on / working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Fluency in spoken English.
