Responsibilities

As an UGE Foreman, you’ll support telecom construction projects of varying lengths across the country. You take pride in doing the job right and leading your crew to deliver safe, high-quality work.

In addition, you will:

  • Enforce safety policies (MasTec HSE, OSHA, TIA10-48, NATE CTS, ANSI) and ensure compliance on all sites.

  • Travel nationwide up to 100% on rotating projects (PTO and paid holidays provided)
