This isn’t a step back supervisory role, it’s about being visible, decisive, and accountable underground.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading and supervising underground crews to safely achieve production targets across development activities
• Planning and executing the 24-hour operational plan, adjusting in real time to keep things moving
• Monitoring performance, identifying delays, and driving practical solutions to keep production on track
