The pay range is $30-$45 per hour based on experience, with an average workweek of 50 hours, including overtime. Ultimate Directional Drilling Superintendent Responsibilities

+ Supervise operation and maintenance of horizontal directional drills, mini excavators, backhoes, drop plows, locating equipment, hydro vacs, heavy trucks/trailers, and perform routine equipment maintenance/minor repairs.
+ Manage fiber mainline, drops, and associated work scopes, with general knowledge of underground utilities (water, power, gas).
+ Organize daily/weekly tasks, meet production goals, and oversee crew performance.
