POSITION INFO:
Our client in the mining sector is recruiting for experienced Underground Production Improvement Specialists to support a high-priority face advance and production improvement project. The successful candidates will be responsible for underground technical observations, drill pattern compliance, charging quality, blast optimization support, crew coaching and production efficiency improvement. Key Responsibilities • Monitor underground drilling accuracy against approved blast designs. • Assess drill depth, spacing, burden and pattern compliance. • Observe charging practices and explosive application standards. • Monitor stemming compliance and identify deviations. • Support improvement of advance per blast and production output. • Coach underground crews on correct drill-and-blast practices. • Identify cycle-time delays and production inefficiencies. • Provide daily underground observations...
