Trade Credit Underwriter – Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of insureds and brokers, acting as the primary point of contact for commercial, operational, and underwriting matters, while ensuring a high level of service and relationship management.

Perform risk assessment and underwriting activities within delegated authority, contributing to portfolio profitability, growth, and quality.

Identify and develop new business opportunities, retention initiatives, and account expansion strategies in partnership with brokers, clients, and distribution teams.

Participate in the implementation of underwriting and commercial strategies, providing recommendations based on market analysis, portfolio performance, and risk appetite.

Support Trade Credit commercial initiatives and the development of priority markets and industry segments.
