Function Nursing Facility Position Unit Administrator Introduction

A vacancy exists for a Unit Administrator for the Life Renal Dialysis Kempton Park, reporting to Unit Manager. The successful candidate will set the highest premium of quality care by ensuring that the Life Healthcare and Life Renal Dialysis standards are achieved and maintained. Participate and manage various projects as directed by the Clinic Head Nurse and Area Head Operations. Have a clear understanding of all patients’ needs in helping them deal with renal disease. Maintain a professional relationship with the Clinic Head Nurse, Commercial Manager, colleges, patients, head office personnel, doctors and management. Looks for improvement potential. Managing and oversees stock control in the clinic. Manage documentation and processes to ensure timeous and accurate billing for all renal treatment modalities.
