Unit Head, Business Support and Analyst

Cagamas is looking for an experienced professional to lead our Business Support and Analyst function within the Business & Marketing Division.

This role supports conventional and Islamic business operations, with a strong focus on transaction accuracy, system readiness, product support, and data-driven insights. You will work closely with business units, IT, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and successful product implementation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and oversee the review of conventional and Islamic purchase transactions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution
• Manage transaction checks, data uploads, and validation through LAS and LAS BI systems
• Act as system owner, working closely with IT, vendors, and internal users on enhancements, issues, and product readiness
