Supervises Dental Faculty Practice clinical staff

Oversee clinical workflows, ensure adequate staffing, and reassign team members based on operational needs.

Conduct routine staff meetings and collaborate with other Floor Managers and the Director of Clinical Operations to maintain operational consistency.

Monitor staff performance, provide coaching and feedback, and participate in performance evaluations.

Responsible for all scheduling in Clinic as well as the on‐call schedule for DFP providers.

Ensures each physician has necessary clinical staff for their scheduled days.

Ensures clinical staff receive appropriate training and follow policies and procedures as they relate to patient care.

Coordinates with AEGD/Digital Dentistry Clinical Floor Manager to ensure DA coverage.
