Job Description:

The Department of Radiology and Radiological Science at the Medical University of South Carolina is seeking a Vice Chair for Education. The Vice Chair of Education will have general oversight and executive managerial responsibility for all education which includes providing support, guidance and advice to students, residents, faculty and leadership. The position requires knowledge and oversight of departmental education infrastructure, and he/she will advise leadership on high quality education services and develop mechanisms for growth and improvement. He or she is a member of the Department’s leadership team and works closely with the Department Chair and Executive team, the Program Directors of Residency and Fellowships, and the administrative staff to further the education mission in the department.
