Universal Banker (Level 1)

Business Segment: Personal & Private Banking

Location: ZA, WC, Western Cape, West Coast District

We’re looking for a results-driven Universal Banker with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets to join our team in the West Coast Region in the Western Cape, specifically in Citrusdal, Clanwilliam, Vanrhynsdorp, and Vredendal.

The role is responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service. You will take demand from Personal, Prestige, and Private Banking clients for banking matters ranging from product queries to client account activities (e.g., opening of relevant accounts, statements, debit order information, etc.), while forming an accurate assessment and understanding of that demand.
