Description
We are looking for a full-time Universal Financial Associate in our Capilano Branch .
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Universal Financial Associate plays an integral role in the branch by supporting members with all their banking needs. Responsibilities include preparing documents for member meetings, providing regular proactive contact and follow‑up with members, handling walk‑in member discussions, and performing a variety of administrative and branch support activities. The role also involves processing daily banking transactions and recommending products and services to ensure members feel confident about their finances.
