Cover Supervisors Needed – Secondary Schools in Bristol
Think of yourself as the captain holding the ship steady when the teacher’s away. As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll step into classrooms, keep lessons on track, and give students the guidance they need to keep learning. No planning, no marking – just leading the class, keeping order, and making sure everyone gets the most out of their day.
What you’ll be doing:
Supervising lessons when teachers are absent
Delivering pre-prepared work and making sure students stay on task
Managing behaviour and keeping the classroom calm, focused, and productive
Being a positive role model and approachable point of support for pupils
