Job Description
The candidate will report to the Technical Lead and will be supporting the Technical Lead in the delivery of the assigned project sections.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing quality urban design analysis benchmarking and strategies.
- Preparation of urban design proposals 2D & 3D design simulations at urban / street block level
- Preparation of high quality reports and presentations as required
- Preparation for deliverables and active attendance at key client meetings.
- Support in stakeholder engagement
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience
- Masters in Urban design
- Hands‑on with softwares such as MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop, AutoCAD is must. Experience using GIS software would be beneficial. Excellent communication skills in English.
- Reading, writing and speaking fluent Arabic is a plus.
