Role Description

The Urdu Audio Transcription Specialist is responsible for accurately converting Urdu audio recordings into written text, following established formatting and quality standards. Day‑to‑day tasks include listening to audio files, transcribing spoken content verbatim, reviewing and editing transcripts for clarity and correctness, and ensuring proper spelling, punctuation, and grammar in Urdu and, where required, English. The specialist collaborates with billing and operations staff to deliver timely transcripts that support documentation and business processes, while maintaining confidentiality and data security. This is a contract, on‑site role based in Nowshera District, requiring consistent presence at the workplace and adherence to defined schedules and productivity targets.
