- Plan project schedules, manpower allocation, procurement activities, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and relevant authorities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Manage project budgets, cost control, variation orders, claims, and project profitability.
- Review electrical drawings, specifications, and technical requirements to ensure compliance with project standards.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to management and clients.
- Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
